Use the following instructions to link any ADP Workforce Now Account to Harri.
Upon completion, ADP may send a verification email to the account holder with further information.
VISIT THE ADP MARKETPLACE. Visit the market place at https://apps.adp.com/home
SEARCH FOR HARRI Click on the magnifying glass and search for “Harri”
LOCATE HARRI. Look for the ADP Payroll Connector App
“PURCHASE” THE CONNECTOR. Click “BUY NOW” to add the connector to your cart. Note that there will be no charge for the connector.
FINALIZE THE CONNECTION. Review and complete all 4 steps in the cart to connect the accout to Harri.
ACCOUNT SETUP (in ADP)
Harri uses the Worker Hire Event API to connect to ADP. The Worker Hire Event API posts a worker into ADP Workforce Now. This article discusses the required system modules and worked in state settings required for the API to work.
Note: these changes need to be made for every Company Code that wishes to accept new hires from Harri.
HR + Payroll (System) New Hire Template
- Requires Core HR and Payroll modules
- SETUP > Template Management > Hire/ReHire
Note: Template needs to be activated (Set to YES)
New Hire Defaults
The State Worked In and SUI/SDI State fields need to be set to default values. The Worker Hire API does not accept these values and will use the default values set by the client practitioner.
