ADP Temporary Department handling:
Some businesses want to allocate specific positions to a specific department (different from the team member home department). We provide the ability to adjust department on position level.
- Define departments under Cost Center section within TeamLive General Settings.
- Assign department to employee's position from the edit positions & wages tab within employee card.
- If the department field is left blank; ADP will auto assign the position to Home Department.
In other words: ADP had different department mappings, so we offer the option to define departments/categories per position per person in TeamLive.
