Advanced Job Post Settings give employers more control over the jobs they post. With this service, employers can pause jobs, set a number of hires, and even post ‘evergreen’ jobs (no expiry date), and more.
Here are some highlights of Advanced Job Post Settings:
Filling and Pausing a Job
Marking a job as filled will show that no additional candidates need to be hired for that position. This option can be used by clicking on the drop-down menu on “Manage Job” and selecting “Fill Job.” Once a job is marked as filled, managers will be forced to move candidates to either the “Hired” or the “Skipped” column.
Pausing a job will temporarily remove it from all job boards, and managers will be able to reactivate the job in the future if more hires are needed.
Evergreen Jobs and Number of Hires
Evergreen jobs can be activated while editing a job template. In the “Pre-Post Settings,” users can either select the number of days for the job to be active, or select “Include Evergreen” to make the job active until they decide to take it down.
On the “Pre-Post Settings” page, employers also have the option to set a specific number of hires for the job. This feature allows users to keep track of how many additional applicants need to be hired and to know when the position is full.
*If you would like to activate 'evergreen' jobs, please contact your Customer Success Manager or contact Harri Support and ask them to enable this service for you.
