New Source + Hire Reports
The Raw Data Reporting service brings five new reports to grandparent-level Harri users: the Filled Vacancies Report, Live Vacancies Report, Talent Bank Report, Time in Workflow Report, and Unfilled Jobs Report. These reports complement the Advanced Job Post Settings to help employers better track their open and filled job listings.
Here’s how to access them from Harri:
Select the home icon in the top right of the page
You will be brought to a page that shows all locations under the grandparent level
From here, select the chart icon below the “Support” link
You can now customize the timeline based on the publish date of the job post, and select “Export” to have the reports emailed to you for viewing.
Here is what the reports might look like as well as a brief overview of each:
Filled Vacancies Report
The Filled Vacancies Report allows employers to keep track of their hiring process. There are columns to track the time it takes to fill a position, the average time it takes to hire a candidate after they apply, and the number of total applicants.
Live Vacancies Report
The Live Vacancies Report shows employers how long their unfilled job postings have been active. Once a job is filled, it will be removed from the Live Vacancies Report.
Talent Bank Report
The talent bank report tracks the status of applicants as they move through the application process. It keeps a record of candidates’ scores from the screening questions (if the job post uses scored screening questions), as well as their current position within the Applicant Management System.
Time in Workflow Report
The Time in Workflow Report keeps track of the number of days each applicant spends in each step of the hiring process. Once a candidate is hired or skipped, the final column will be filled, displaying the total time the candidate spent in the workflow.
Unfilled Jobs Report
The Unfilled Jobs Report provides employers with a summary of their posted jobs that have not been marked as filled. It also indicates whether the posted job was internal or external, and whether or not it has expired.
