You now have the ability to reverify an employee’s I-9 form using section 3 of the form through ‘My Docs’ in Harri.
To do this, filter ‘My Docs’ by ‘Active Employees.’ From here, managers can click on an employee card and select the ‘Reverify’ button now located on the upper right side of that employee’s dashboard. This will take the user to a reverification screen.
From this screen, managers can enter the information that will be amended as section 3 of the I-9 PDF that is already attached to the employee card.

Additionally, users can now also upload updated employee documents.
When users have completed all the changes they would like to make, they may check the box next to the section that begins with “I attest” and E-sign the document to save the reverification. All changes made will then be displayed on the PDF attached to the employee card.
